Oh! I forgot to answer the Q war question!

My answer would be that The People would rise up against Verizon. They'd get so pissed off that they'd take hatchets to all the phone lines. If I had the funding, I'd provide everyone willing to go through with this with a cellular phone from a competing company, say Cingular or some such.

Alternatively, I'd like to see something added to Verizon's walls o' batteries to neutralize them. Dead air. Oh yeah.
