Blogathon - Break For A Pitch
Why all these posts all of a sudden? Well, if you haven't dropped by lately, you probably don't know that I am participating in Blogathon, a 24-hour online journalling event to raise money for a host of charities.
It's not too late for you to get on board. Have some fun right here, as I post every half hour from now until 9 AM Eastern Sunday morning.
How this works:
Step 1 - Click this link to sponsor me. You can sponsor me for one flat rate -or- on a per hour basis, and you can sponsor me for as little as $1 - every little bit helps. This is just a pledge, so no credit card information or anything like that is necessary. You can do this now, or Saturday, or afterward, up until 9 AM Eastern Monday morning.
Step 2 - After that, watch me blog (journal) for 24 hours, one post per half hour, starting 9 AM Eastern Saturday. You of course don't have to watch, in whole or in part, but it might be fun, as I am going to be exploring some pretty strange art during the daylight and wee morning hours, and I'm going wardriving Saturday evening to look for wireless networks. I'll be posting from the open road, and we may do other stuff too, who knows. You could possibly watch me eat breakfast at Denny's (as though you'd want to). I'll have a webcam going and not only will it be sending an image of my sunshine face every 30 seconds, but also a screenshot of whatever I am looking at on the computer at the same time, while I am at home.
