I think Joan is over 70. Either that or she has that disorder that ages your body fast. But Joan moves quickly and decisively. Joan smiles about three feet wide. Joan's got a killer sense of humor. She's standing straight, and she's strong, and she's smart. I get the feeling she was/is an athlete.

Joan was working the lunch crew at McDonald's on 70 by Fellowship Road. And she impressed me.
