Strange Spam - Part 3 of 3
I'm getting spam about a dance competition in Barcelona??!! WTF?! What else is interesting is that they want me to fax or SMS the request. Now I'm a silly Yank who doesn't have European SMS capability and thus doesn't fully know its limitations, but even so, I don't think you can get a form that big through a cellphone message, even if you DID want to risk these nuts knowing your cell phone ID.

SMS standard message size is 160 chars per message
there is a newer "mmc" (or something like that) out that kinda links messages and can handle images (jpgs) and long messages (sorta like sms-message:nextID sms-message:contID:no1 sms-message:contID:no2) i never much looked into the protocol, with templates 160 chars is fully enough for most of my purposes.
you are right, SMS standard wouldn't handle the start and i wouldn't want em to have my cellid (anonymous sms's are a possibility with the more serious cellproviders though) *G*

What I like even better is the disclaimer which thoughtfully tells you the IP address that signed up your e-mail. Oh, sure this isn't spam, and that IP address is umm, not a host address at all.
Fucking spammers. On a brighter note I found that quite a few of the top spammers in the world are located right here in sunny South Florida, a very short drive from me and my AK-47.
I think I should do the world a public service and blow these mother fuckers away. Its bad enough I get paper spam, phone spam, and e-mail spam. But do they have to then lie and say I requested information on this garbage?
